Welcome to APU RETREATS. By booking, purchasing, accessing, or using our services, tours, retreats, activities, website, or travel experiences, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making a booking, reservation, payment, or participating in any service offered by APU RETREATS, the Client confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  • Agree to be legally bound by them.
  • Are at least 18 years of age or are traveling with a legal guardian.
  • Accept all policies related to payments, cancellations, liabilities, and participation.
3. BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by APU RETREATS.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

  • The required deposit or full payment has been received.
  • The Client receives written confirmation from APU RETREATS.

APU RETREATS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion when necessary for operational, safety, legal, or force majeure reasons.

The Client is responsible for reviewing all booking details and notifying the Company of any errors immediately.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in the currency specified by APU RETREATS and are subject to change without prior notice until the reservation is confirmed.

Prices may include only the services specifically indicated in the itinerary or booking confirmation.

Additional costs not explicitly included may involve:

  • International or domestic flights
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Meals not specified
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Optional activities
  • Visa or entry fees
  • Medical expenses

Payments must be completed according to the deadlines established by APU RETREATS.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of any deposit previously paid.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
By the Client

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the expenses already incurred by APU RETREATS.

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.
  • Administrative and processing fees may apply.
  • Certain services operated by third parties may have separate cancellation policies.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • No-shows
  • Unused services
  • Late arrivals
  • Early departures
  • Missed activities due to personal reasons
By APU RETREATS

APU RETREATS reserves the right to cancel, modify, postpone, or reschedule tours, retreats, or activities due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Safety concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Insufficient participants
  • Operational issues
  • Events beyond reasonable control

In such cases, the Company may offer:

  • An alternative service
  • A rescheduled date
  • Travel credit
  • Partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

APU RETREATS shall not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by the Client, including flights, accommodation, transportation, or personal costs.

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS

The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including:

  • Valid passport
  • Visa
  • Identification documents
  • Vaccination certificates
  • Permits or entry authorizations

The Client is also responsible for verifying entry requirements, immigration regulations, and health protocols for the destination.

APU RETREATS shall not be liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. HEALTH AND FITNESS

The Client acknowledges that certain tours, retreats, hikes, or activities may require physical effort and may involve risks associated with travel, altitude, weather, terrain, transportation, or outdoor activities.

By participating, the Client confirms that they are physically and mentally fit for the selected experience.

The Client must inform APU RETREATS in advance of any relevant:

  • Medical conditions
  • Allergies
  • Disabilities
  • Dietary restrictions
  • Special assistance requirements

APU RETREATS reserves the right to deny participation to any individual whose condition may endanger themselves or others.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE

APU RETREATS strongly recommends that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Personal accidents
  • Evacuation
  • Lost or stolen belongings
  • Delays or interruptions

The Client understands that participation in tours and activities is at their own risk.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

APU RETREATS acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transportation companies, guides, restaurants, and activity operators.

APU RETREATS shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries
  • Illness
  • Accidents
  • Delays
  • Losses
  • Damages
  • Theft
  • Natural disasters
  • Political events
  • Weather conditions
  • Acts of third parties
  • Force majeure events

The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel and participation in activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APU RETREATS limits its liability to the amount paid directly to the Company for the booked service.

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

  • Respect local laws, customs, and regulations.
  • Follow instructions provided by guides or staff.
  • Behave respectfully toward other travelers and local communities.
  • Avoid dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
  • Be punctual for scheduled activities and transportation.

APU RETREATS reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour or activity without refund if their behavior is considered unsafe, abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

11. ITINERARY CHANGES

APU RETREATS reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, routes, schedules, or activities when necessary due to operational, weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives whenever possible.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE

During tours, retreats, or activities, photographs and videos may be taken by APU RETREATS for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating, the Client grants APU RETREATS permission to use images, videos, or recordings in:

  • Social media
  • Websites
  • Advertisements
  • Promotional materials
  • Marketing campaigns

without compensation.

Clients who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify the Company in writing before the start of the activity.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

APU RETREATS respects the privacy of its Clients and will handle personal information responsibly.

Personal data collected may be used for:

  • Reservation management
  • Customer service
  • Operational purposes
  • Legal compliance
  • Marketing communications

APU RETREATS will not sell personal information to third parties.

By using our services, the Client consents to the collection and use of personal information as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

APU RETREATS shall not be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Strikes
  • Civil unrest
  • War
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Extreme weather
  • Technical failures

In such cases, refunds, credits, or rescheduling options shall be determined at the Company’s discretion and subject to supplier policies.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content associated with APU RETREATS, including logos, branding, designs, text, photos, videos, and website materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from APU RETREATS.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where APU RETREATS operates.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Company’s services shall first attempt to be resolved amicably between the parties.
