The Client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and up to date.
APU RETREATS shall not be responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
3. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Certain tours, retreats, and travel services require a deposit or advance payment to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe communicated by APU RETREATS.
Failure to complete payments before the deadline may result in:
- Automatic cancellation of the reservation
- Loss of previously paid deposits
- Additional administrative charges
4. AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
All prices and availability are subject to change until the reservation has been officially confirmed.

APU RETREATS does not guarantee that requested changes can always be accommodated.

Unless otherwise specified:
- Deposits are non-refundable.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for:

Clients are also responsible for obtaining:
- Valid passports
- Visas
- Vaccinations
- Insurance coverage

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE
APU RETREATS strongly recommends that all Clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations
- Delays and interruptions
- Personal accidents
- Lost or stolen belongings
The Client understands that participation in travel activities is voluntary and at their own risk.
9. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY APU RETREATS
APU RETREATS reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel reservations due to circumstances including:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Insufficient group participation
- Operational requirements
- Force majeure events
In such cases, APU RETREATS may offer:
- Alternative arrangements
- Rescheduled dates
- Travel credits

The Company shall not be responsible for indirect expenses such as flights, hotels, transportation, or personal costs incurred by the Client.
